Arranging the move
The excitement begins. Now you can shop around for removals companies. Of course, if you don't have that much stuff you can always contact a friend with a big car. Alternatively you could hire a van for a day and get a few mates to help do the heavy lifting.
It can often be easier to arrange the big move for the day after completion. If it falls on a weekend, even better. Many people arrange their completion date towards the end of the working week.
Also think about furniture you will need to buy. Most large bits of furniture take from three to six weeks to arrive.
