Getting the keys
The moment has arrived! As soon as those keys are in your grasp you really know the property is yours. Your estate agent will usually be the person to hand them over to you. On the morning of your completion date, make sure you check out the property one last time, to make sure nothing has changed. Once that's done, crack open a bottle of bubbly and start calling everyone to share the good news.
